Mark, thank you. It is way past time to reach for our responsibilities in addressing our climate peril. No longer are "code-compliant" buildings enough. No longer can Architects and Engineers blithely say "the client didn't want sustainability" and no longer can we elect people who are not serious about the work ahead, in climate, justice, education, and respectful and responsible leadership.
